Policies

All clients must purchase and maintain their credit monitoring sites throughout the duration of their repair cycle.

 

All clients must submit a “Credit Resubmit” message via the client portal if they did not receive results and wish to have a new round mailed off.

 

All clients must remain active in their credit repair process. If we do not hear from you we will move on to the next client. After 3 attempts you will need to restart the program.
